We want to congratulate our latest graduate of the month, David Browning from our inspired Blended Learning curriculum for Reliability Engineers!
David Browning is a Maintenance Supervisor Weyerhaeuser Kalispell Plywood. He started his career with Plum creek / Weyerhaeuser 1997 as Millwright. 10 years later, he moved to California and worked in the Packaging industry as a maintenance technician and Real-estate sales. He then later moved to Idaho and back to the timber industry. In 2013, he moved back to Montana to rejoin the Weyerhaeuser team as a Maintenance Supervisor.
“Balancing a heavy work load and course work was challenging. However, as with most challenges, it was very rewarding as well. The coaches were very helpful when I was struggling with assignments as well as how to start implementing my learnings into our mill. This course has been a huge help for me in being a leader of cultural change toward a reliability centered culture.”
