Congratulations to our latest Graduate of the Month for May, Jonathan Edwards from Baxter!

![Jonathan edwards headshot](https://blog.eruditiollc.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Jonathan%20edwards%20headshot.jpg?width=153&name=Jonathan%20edwards%20headshot.jpg)Jonathan Edwards graduated McDowell Tech in 2011 with an Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrical/Electronics. He has held several different maintenance roles with over 20 years’ experience in maintenance field. He started at Baxter Healthcare in 2011 as a maintenance technician and was promoted to maintenance planner in 2018.

“IBL has helped me to transition into the planner role by opening my eyes to the process of proper planning and providing solutions to inefficiencies of everyday mechanical breakdowns. IBL has provided me with the knowledge and the tools to help me to continue to grow as a professional in my career.”
