Congratulations Anthony Schleppy from Amazon for a job well done on your iBL Planning/Scheduling curriculum. After his time in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist, Anthony started working as a Plant operator for Wabash Valley Power Association. From there, he went on to become a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Amazon where he started on his inspired Blended Learning Journey. "I had an excellent experience with iBL and the Planner/Scheduler curriculum. The program was quite flexible based on my busy work schedule, and the information/assignments in the program provide the building blocks for effective maintenance planning. Allen provided great feedback, and I found that iBL understands that all organizations are different. The course is not “one size fits all,” and the coaches are open to engaging in conversations to understand the challenges that the students face in the implementation of the concepts presented in the program."
