We have a new iBL Graduate of the Month. Congratulations Timothy Sagraves from Weyerhaeuser for a job well done on your iBL Maintenance Manager curriculum.
His past work experience was initially in the construction industry. He worked as a commercial contractor for AEP while attending college at West Virginia Institute of Technology. He graduated from college in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. His career started with Weyerhaeuser in 1996 as he accepted an operations position at the new OSB mill. He worked in operations for 10 years and gained a lot of OSB knowledge and experience during this time of growth. At this point, He transitioned to a management position as an operations team leader. He managed two functional areas during this time and continued to learn and grow within my position. Two years ago, he transitioned to the operations manager position. He has enjoyed his career with Weyerhaeuser and look forward to more opportunities to contribute and help his company reach its goals.
